1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so.

2 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NetAppsCodes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our applications on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not include the right to:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or assign the Service or any content therein.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the Service.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Service.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

3 Prohibited Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Use any unauthorized third-party software, scripts, bots, cheats, automation tools, or hacks that interact with the Service.
• Exploit, distribute, or publicly inform other players of any game bug or error that provides an unintended advantage.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its related systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service in any manner that could violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4 In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Some features of the Service may be available for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise specified in our refund policy.

• Virtual Currency & Items: You may acquire virtual currency, virtual goods, or other virtual items ("Virtual Items") within the Service. Virtual Items have no monetary value, are not redeemable for real money, and cannot be traded outside the Service.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify the pricing for any In-App Purchases at any time.
• No Transfer: Virtual Items are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or exchanged except within the officially supported features of the Service.
• Lost Virtual Items: We are not liable for the loss of Virtual Items due to device loss, account issues, or discontinuation of the Service.

All purchases are processed by the applicable platform (e.g., Google Play). Billing disputes must be directed to that platform provider.

5 Intellectual Property

The Service and all content included therein — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, game assets, software code, and the overall "look and feel" — are the exclusive property of NetAppsCodes or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted no rights in or to any content, code, data, or materials that you may access on or through the Service, except as expressly set forth in the License to Use section above. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by NetAppsCodes.

6 User-Generated Content

If the Service permits you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise transmit content ("User Content"), you grant NetAppsCodes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

8 Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if you have not made any payments.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Limitation of Liability.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable under local law.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
